Peaceful and convenient location, it was right by coast as well as Jackson, TN for business purposes. Delicious food and brand-new room - had an OUTSTANDING stay for business trip.
The hotel staff was a bit rude.

The front desk experience stood out, with Shawntel providing really good assistance when our reservation was mixed up. The breakfast options were varied, accommodating dietary needs, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a restful night. The lack of eggs at breakfast despite signage was disappointing, and navigating the limited luggage cart availability added some stress upon arrival.

I chose the King Room Non-Smoking, and it was a dream come true! The couch reminded me of a hug after a long day of exploring Jackson's culinary gems, and I appreciated the large TV for some late-night binge-watching. Plus, the multitude of outlets/USB ports made charging my devices easy.
My 91-year-old mom had it tough, and I had to improvise with a walker for her bags. The grout in the shower could use some TLC, and the pool was off-limits for repairs.
